Why no lava rocks? - Well, we designed all of our fire pits to be compact, meaning everything we include can fit inside the ammo can with the lid closed when you’re all done. So with rocks, the hose wouldn’t fit back inside. But don’t worry, the slimness of the can disperses the flame on its own and creates a roaring campfire to enjoy all night long! If you’ve got a different area to store your hose, then fill it up with rocks or fire glass and make an even hotter fire!
